K11 MUSEA, a property under NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK), located in Tsim Sha Tsui, welcomed over 50 boutique fashion lifestyle brands in the past year, with more than 10 international high-end luxury brands either establishing or expanding their stores. Horace Lam, Chief Executive Officer of K11 Hong Kong, revealed that the sales of international luxury brands at K11 MUSEA grew by more than 20% YoY this summer. In the next two years, with the completion of the entry and upgrade plans of over 10 luxury brands, K11 MUSEA's luxury brand retail space is expected to double.
