The Proposed Onshore Bond Restructuring Proposal involves adjustments of the repayment arrangements in regard to the principal and interest of the seven existing corporate bonds issued by CIFI PRC and provides restructuring options including bond repurchase, equity economic income right, settling debt via assets and general creditor claim. CIFI PRC will arrange relevant bondholders for the selection and distribution with respect to the amount of the bonds held by them, in accordance with the relevant provisions under the resolutions of the bondholder meetings.
