SUNAC (01918.HK) announced that, at the Convening Hearing held today (15th), the High Court directed a meeting of Scheme Creditors be held for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving a scheme of arrangement to be made between the Company and the Scheme Creditors. The Scheme Meeting is scheduled for 11:00 am on 14 October, subject to any adjournments declared at the Scheme Meeting; and the substantive hearing of the petition at which the Court will determine whether or not to sanction the Scheme be held at 10:00 am on 5 November.
