KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK) Founder and CEO Cheng Yixiao revealed during the 4Q25 earnings call that the annualized run rate (ARR) of KLING AI exceeded USD300 million as of January this year. Based on the current growth momentum and commercialization progress, the company remains strongly confident in achieving more than double the YoY revenue growth for KLING AI this year, the CEO said. In response to the impact of video generation models like Seedance2.0, Cheng stated that video generation is far from reaching maturity at the technical and product levels. Many participants can work together to accelerate industry progress and better meet user needs. Cheng opined that the recent acceleration in updates of Seedance2.0 and various video large models has cast positive impacts on the industry, lowering the creation threshold for ordinary users while increasing the penetration of AI video generation in more application scenarios, thereby growing the pie.
