Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that Iran has no intention of holding talks with the US, but Tehran's top officials are currently reviewing the ceasefire offer by the US, Iranian state media reported.

According to the report, Iran will reject the US ceasefire offer and put forward five conditions for ending the war: a complete halt to the enemy's acts of aggression and assassination; the establishment of a concrete mechanism to ensure that war won't reoccur in Iran; guaranteed and clearly defined war damage reparations and methods of payment; a comprehensive ceasefire across all battlefronts and for all resistance organizations involved in the entire region; and Iran's legitimate sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz, which must be recognized by the international community.
