Trading in MEITU Shrs Halted; Certain Online Forum Posts Mention Unpublished Results Info

According to an announcement released by MEITU (01357.HK), the company has noticed certain online forum posts recently referring to unpublished information relating to its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025, which constitutes inside information. MEITU clarified that its annual results for that period are still subject to the approval by the board at the board meeting to be held on March 27. At the request of MEITU, trading in the company's shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has been halted with effect from 9 am today (March 26), pending the publication of the company's annual results on March 27.
